Please follow the instructions
given to you by the Technician.

Check below for a description of each step required to setup the remote session.

  • Enter the code provided by the technician in the box on the right and click the arrow once lit.

  • After clicking the arrow the software will download. Don’t see the download? You may need to check your downloads and allow it, you can do this by pressing “CTRL+J” on your keyboard, locate the download and click “Save”.

  • The software will be downloaded as a Zip file, this will need to be extracted before it can be run. Once the download has completed open your Downloads folder and right click the file and select “Extract All”. After extraction you will now see a folder with a file name “ScreenConnect.Client”, double click this and if it asks for permissions just click “Yes”.
